LotteryHeroes Review

This one made quite positive first impression but a few seconds later it got a little bit worse. Don’t get me wrong, this website isn’t bad or anything like that.

If you are reading this review post factum, already having spent your money, don’t get all worried – LotteryHeroes is not a scam, but let’s just get to the specifics!

Content, coverage or in other words – what lotteries can you find here?

Their coverage isn’t too impressive, as you can choose only from the range of 12 lotteries. Obviously, this isn’t the best score. On the other hand most players probably will find what they are looking for, since LotteryHeroes offers 4 biggest lotteries from USA and Europe and some really good national lottos like 6 aus 49 from Germany or Superenalotto from Italy.

LotteryHeroes – Is it trustworthy?

Yes, at least technically because LotteryHeroes is owned and operated by Purple Rain N.V. which is a legitimate and licensed company from Cyprus. Formally there is nothing to be worried about but people have complained about withdrawal of the winnings. On the other hand these complaints are just a few drops in the ocean.

Is it easy to use or so called user-friendliness?

Website runs smoothly and is designed in the simple, consumer-friendly way, nevertheless I have two major reservations. First of all you can’t change the language, although LotteryHeroes theoretically is translated to a few tongues. Icon doesn’t work!

The second thing is that – for no apparent reason – I had one pretty expensive product in my cart. Why? I don’t know. Someone in a rush could accidently spend a lot of money this way.

Also, depending on the section you choose, sometimes default option of buying tickets is as much as 50 lines – this is not friendly at all.

LotteryHeroes – Pricing – how much do they charge for tickets?

Unfortunately, they charge a lot. One Eurojackpot ticket costs 4.10 euros which is 200+% of normal price. They overcharge you pretty badly, while giving back very little… There are some discounts and such (HeroPick for example) but nothing too amazing.

When it comes to payments, they offer pretty standard range of options including popular banking services as well as credit and debit cards. Withdrawals are made straight to your account but you must be aware that the minimum amount of money you can actually withdraw is 10 GBP.

LotteryHeroes – Crucial complaints

Among crucial complaints there are issues with withdrawals – most of them run smoothly, but still – this basic online lotto agent’s function should leave nothing to be desired.

Quality of their support is also very poor, but we will get to it later.

LotteryHeroes – Extras

Although their lottery coverage isn’t super impressive, you can find many extra activities at LotteryHeroes. Their showcase of scratchcards is really great – it should satisfy even the most demanding players. Online casino is also pretty massive.

LotteryHeroes – Support

FAQ is pretty informative I guess, but the entire customer service boils down to contact form, email address and phone number. This is way too little in this age and what’s even worse they are not responsive at all.

LotteryHeroes – To sum up | TL;DR

Theoretically it is not a scam, but it still leaves much to be desired.

Classical concierge, middleman online lotto agent.

Lottery coverage isn’t too impressive.

There are definitely better online lotto providers than LotteryHeroes.

It could be much more user-friendly.
